Public Dining Room offers casual fine dining in a luxurious open and relaxed space overlooking the stunning waters of Balmoral Beach, making it an unmissable dining experience. Guests can sit in the main dining room or banquette that looks onto the Balmoral Baths, or the outdoor terrace that takes in the charm of its natural surrounds. The restaurant is well-known amongst regulars for its dishes inspired by local produce.
