Lunch is served a La Carte, dishes such as Roast Beetroot Carpaccio with Fetta, Spinach, Balsamic Onions & Walnuts, and Chicken Breast with a Pinenut & Basil Mousseline, Garlic Rosemary Chats w/ Black Olives & Red Capsicum Tomato Sauce. Not to mention the Sydney Rock Oysters and the Kingfish Ceviche as well as

Dinner presents a 2 or 3 course offering with dishes from Honey Truffle Roasted Figs, Caramelised Onions, Rocket Leaves, Goats cheese, Crisp Prosciutto, Balsamic Glaze, as well as Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Grilled Bok Choy, Szhesuan & Chilli Calamari, Radish & Coriander Salad or Linguine with Prawns, Chilli & Lemon Garlic Butter.

Also offering a large and changing wine list with an extensive choice of wine by the glass. Working closely with their wine suppliers, selecting wines from many regions and countries ensuring the variation and opportunity to sample styles that may not be a regular “go to”
